What is not cool is keeping people on welfare through institutional racism, which is what liberal programs are. No. I’m sure you will tell me there are more poor whites on welfare than blacks, and of course, that’s true considering whites outnumber blacks 5 to 1. What I’m saying is a side effect of liberal programs, including Welfare, is to keep minorities in a generational cycle of poverty. There is an irony in the fact that some are quick to point out that more whites are on welfare than blacks, but then turn around and tell us about White privilege. I wasn't going to say that. Why tell you something you already know! So if it's only to keep the minorities in a generational cycle of poverty, what does it do to other races that's on it? So you saying and you believe that it's passed down in families of color?
