In our culture where people often don't know their neighbours, we can't always rely on others. Princess Foley it is true unfortunately, I phoned an ambulance the other day for someone who had collapsed in a bus shelter and apart from two ladies who offered help and moral support, the person was just ignored by people as they had possibly taken drugs. What a sad world we live in. The system there is poor, what kind of life is it when people care less about each other. In Africa and Ghana to be precise, no one will die and spend more than 20 days unseen, unless it's murder or suicide.
