The key term "ALLOWING" doesn't mean it is 100% of the time. That's like I will "allow" you to borrow my car but that does not by any means use at your free will that was the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. Thanks for the laugh. But we have hate crime statutes in every state. Everyone needs to de-escalate. Militant cops and radical thugs. For sure lock up the bad ones including cops. Remove Qualified Immunity and watch the bad ones step in line. The good ones don’t need it. you do realize that literally every time someone has ambushed police it has been 100 percent because they hate/wanted to hurt or kill an officer or multiple officers. It wasn't because of a race, but it was because of what that person represents and the uniform they wear. when you speak of those who cannot defend or make decisions for themselves are you speaking about victims of abortion? what if they were ordered to take away your guns?
